You can crunch all day.
You can crunch all night.
You can crunch at bedtime and by the moonlight.
You can crunch it up.
You can crunch it down.
There ain't no way you'll lose a pound.
No! Abdominal exercises do not target belly fat loss. Do not believe those gadget commercials and, by the way, there is no Tooth Fairy.
